This is a comprehensive appointment that takes the time to assess then review your diagnosis.
But, most importantly, it educates you regarding your diagnosis.

Once we have reviewed your history; your past and current functional levels; and your goals, we move on to Treatment.

​Bring your medical prescription if you have one, but it is not required to attend this appointment.

These appointments are 1-2 times per week (on average). This is where we take what we learned from your evaluation and do the work to start helping your body heal itself and helping you get back to the activities you want to be part of your daily life.
